Fiona has sponsored EDM 2605 titled "Access to Family History Breast Cancer Services (women under 40)"
The Early Day Motion reads as follows:
"That this House recognises that every person with a family history of breast cancer under the age of 40 should have access to family history services regardless of where they live; notes that currently there is lack of national oversight of screening for women with a family history of breast cancer; recognises that NHS England needs to provide clarity on the current governance arrangements for the provision of services for all women with a family history of breast cancer, including what obligations CCGs have for funding family history clinics; and urges the Government to introduce a duty on the Secretary of State to ensure the implementation of current NICE family history guidelines."
Fiona has also co-sponsored a Ten Minute Rule Bill on the same topic, you can read more here.
