Fiona meets local farmers

Fiona said:

"I was deeply concerned to hear of the challenges facing our local farmers at a round table discussion with them which which I convened this week - not least from the long run of dry weather which has depleted grass supplies and meant they are already using winter feed for their animals, reserves of which are rapidly diminishing and the price of which is therefore rocketing. We must all do our best to support our farmers more - after all, they work incredibly hard - to feed us!"
