Knowing the amount lost on Fixed Odds Betting Terminals (FOBTs) in the Congleton constituency Fiona, as a Member of the FOBT All Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) in Parliament, is promoting the Group’s ‘Cut the Stake, Reduce FOBT Harm’ campaign.
Following the recent General Election Fiona Bruce has spoken twice in the House of Commons and and recently met with new Roads Minister, Jesse Norman MP, to press for funding to build the Middlewich Bypass.
On 17th July 2017 the following Early Day Motion 200 titled “ROADCHEF EMPLOYEES BENEFIT TRUST” was tabled and Fiona then sponsored amendment 200A1 which added ‘Sandbach’ after the ‘Magor’. The motion said:
