Fiona Bruce, the Conservative candidate for the 2017 General Election, has launched her re-election campaign, meeting with local people to listen to their views and concerns, and talk about how she has been working to represent them in Parliament.
Fiona said,
'It has been a real privilege to serve the people of this constituency as their Member of Parliament for the past seven years, and I am delighted to be standing as a candidate again, but I am taking nothing for granted about the result and for that reason I have already been out and about right across the constituency - in Alsager, Congleton, Holmes Chapel, Middlewich, Sandbach and elsewhere - knocking on doors, talking and listening to residents on the streets and calling on local businessfolk.
'It's as important as ever in the run up to this General Election that I'm out and about campaigning hard, and that's what I am and will be doing right up to 8th June.'
